The Karwendel Silver Region has plenty to offer cross-country skiers, including five breathtaking high-altitude trails in the heart of unspoiled nature. There are also many hidden trails to explore.

Our cross-country trails take you by surprise with their unusual routes, leading you to the most scenic spots in winter. Cross-country skiers will never forget the spectacular view into the valley or the panoramic mountain views of the impressive Tux Alps and the Karwendel.

All trails that lead from Hinterriss to Eng in the Karwendel Nature Park are known throughout Austria for their beauty and have been awarded the "Loipen-Gütesiegel" seal of quality.

Our three holiday homes and two apartments are each elegant and spacious holiday homes, offering families space to be together, but also enough room for eachone´s privacy. Far away from crowded dining rooms and yet with all the comfort you could wish for. Each of our accommodation units has its own private wellness highlight and offers its residents space to relax, unwind and enjoy.

A wellness area with a panoramic sauna and a cozy relaxation room awaits your visit. The whole family can relax on the large sun terrace and occasionally take a dip in the large whirlpool. The children's playground is right next to the terrace.

In the garden the goats and chickens are waiting for a visit and a few strokes and the footbridges around the large natural pool invite you to linger.

Our goal is to create a home away from home for our guests on holiday, because an unforgettable holiday begins and ends in incomparable accommodation.

Due to the central location in the Tyrolean Unterinntal, the Achensee as well as the Zillertal and Innsbruck can be reached by car in twenty minutes. Train and bus stops are both very close to our houses.
